I loved everything but the exfoliating glove didn’t worked and the fabric was soo cheap, dirty and the fabric was soooo thin
I am extremely disappointed by your service. I ordered Deep cleanse bundle that included hair scalp massager, hair balancing shampoo and a pink deep exfoliating glove. Along with this, I ordered hair keratin mask (300 ml). The hair keratin mask was entirely missing, although the receipt mentioned it when my order arrived in the box. And from the deep cleanse bundle, the exfoliating glove was missing. I paid 4500 for this purchase, and only got shampoo and scalp massager. I am highly regretting ordering from ELVA. I wish there was an even lower score for your rating, I would've given you the lowest of the low.
